What Wolftone does

Every major story arrives as a flood: headlines, statements, reactions, and commentary. The hard part is not finding more of it. It is seeing the different stories taking shape inside it.

Wolftone turns that stream into a structured map of narratives. It helps answer simple but consequential questions: What are the competing frames around this topic? Who is advancing each one? Which stories are drawing attention — and which are fading?

A map, not a score

Most monitoring tools give you a collection of articles, a keyword count, or a single sentiment score. Those are useful signals, but they can flatten a live discourse into one number.

Wolftone keeps the structure. It groups related coverage into interpretable narratives and describes each through the people involved, the setting and timing, the conflict, and the proposed solution. The result is a view of the frames moving through a conversation, rather than just its volume.

Seeing the movement

Once those narratives are visible, Wolftone measures how much attention each is receiving and how that changes over time. A team can quickly distinguish a durable shift from a loud but passing moment, or spot when a familiar issue is being recast around a new conflict or solution.

That makes it useful for people whose work depends on understanding the discourse: communications and crisis teams, public-sector analysts, researchers, and AI systems that need reliable narrative context.

Situational awareness, honestly

Wolftone is not a crystal ball. It does not claim to predict what will happen next. Its job is more grounded: to make the narrative terrain legible while it is still changing.

In a fast-moving environment, that shared picture can make the next decision a little less reactive — and a lot better informed.
