The Issue Briefing
You brief on the same issue week after week. A WolfTone briefing lays out the competing frames in its coverage: the core tension of each, the resolution it points toward, the actors involved, and the articles it rests on.
- Share of Coverage: How much of the coverage each frame holds, with recent articles counting for more.
- Articles vs. Publishers: Fifty articles from one outlet is not fifty outlets agreeing. Every frame shows both counts, and flags when one publisher supplies most of it.
- Traceable: Every frame lists the coverage it came from, so you can check it before you brief on it.
WolfTone measures news coverage, not public opinion. It is an input to your judgment, not a substitute for it.
Draft Review
Before a statement goes out, check which live narrative it will land in.
Give WolfTone a draft (a press release, a statement, a post) and it breaks the draft into the same parts it uses for coverage: who, where, when, the conflict, and the resolution. It then finds the live narrative your draft most resembles and tells you how much coverage that narrative is carrying right now.
